Two new milestones

Well, Adam said his first word. On our second day in Florida (July 6, 2008), he said "Mama"... over and over. He loves to say it. He sucks both of this lips so far inside his mouth to get the sound right, it's really cute.

Milestone number 2: He taught himself how to sit up! The first time he did it was last Sunday, July 20, 2008. He's got 3 methods. The first method is to get in the push-up position and then slide each leg underneath himself, one at a time. The second method is he just gets up on his knees, then somehow falls back onto his butt. And the third position is he gets in the push-up position, then rolls to his side, then pushes himself up with one hand until he is sitting upright.

It's alot of fun to watch him learn, and, of course, we're very proud of him.
